Alexandra Romero was born and raised in Southern California where she was introduced to many different cultures. Since she was a kid, she has always been interested in learning where people come from, their identities and their stories. She believes that Journalism starts with conversations with strangers and becoming influenced by their stories so that they change our understandings of people and communities. Alexandra graduated from Whittier College with a BA in Multimedia Journalism and is attending USC for her MS in Digital Media.
